SUSPENSION OF CLASSES AND SAFEGUARDS TO COVID 19 LOCAL
TRANSMISSION
- Conduct of flag ceremonies during Monday is suspended from March 16 to April 13, 2020.
- Use of biometrics during time-in and time-out is also suspended, only DTR and Logbooks will be used in recording work hours.
- Only assigned employees composed of our weekly skeletal work force will report as per schedule by their chiefs/section/unit heads. If needed, in the exigency of the service, you shall be called to report. For your individual schedules kindly coordinate them with your immediate superiors.
- Those who will not report or work from home will work online through official channels.
- Pregnant employees and those with health issues vulnerable to the COVID 19 infection will work homebased after clearance with the Medical Unit.
- The deployment of selected ADAS to schools shall take effect on March 17, 2020; their work schedule for the duration of the suspension of classes shall be given by the school head of their school/s of assignment.
- Since conditions are uncertain and issuances may change from time to time, please be ready for regular changes that will be announced. Keep safe whether at work or at home working.
