INVITATION TO B I D

 The Department of Education, Dagupan City Division intends to apply the sum of  Seven Hundred Two Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (Php 702,900.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the work described below:

Caranglaan Elementary School Repair of Three (3) Classrooms 702,900.00

 

Source of Fund: DepED CY 2015 Quick Response Fund (QRF) Batch 3

Expected Completion Period: 60 calendar days upon receipt of NTP

 

The Department of Education, Dagupan City Division, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above mentioned works. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected at bid opening. Late bid shall be rejected.

 

Prospective bidders must have completed a similar contract within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC to be bid.

 

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

 

Open competitive bidding will be conducted using the non-discretionary pass/fail criterion, evaluation and post-qualification procedures specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184. Information is also available at www.philgeps.gov.ph

The Bidding Documents may be purchased at the Division Office, Deped, Dagupan City, upon accomplishing a bidder’s information sheet and payment in cash of a non-refundable fee in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) only by interested bidders.

 

DepEd reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to annul the bidding process, or declare failure of bidding at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected parties.
